  • The Structure: Here we now look at your performance, your experiences, what you have in place to keep you on track.

  • Let’s Take Action: This is where the “rubber meets the road” and what we now take steps, we form new resourceful habits.

  • You: What discussion are you having with yourself, what guidance are you receiving, how do you respond to feedback?

  • Above the Line, Below the Line: Here we are shown what must be in place before we can actually do it to be successful.

Together we will deep dive into the “Ultimate You Quest” ™ program to explore who you are, why you are you, and how to reclaim YOU.

 

This program is 12 levels of becoming aware of you, unpacking you, finding the true you and living your ideal life - 

  • Who Are You: This is where you look at yourself and acknowledge all the parts of you. Even the parts which you have chosen to hide. 

  • Your Future Self: We will look at living consciously through the principles and the future you want to create for yourself.

  • What is a Tribal Cycle: Here we see how the “The Family” or “Tribal Cycle” is so ingrained in you that the decisions you make are not always yours.

  • What have you Denied About Yourself: It is time to set your boundaries, for the life you want to create so that you will respect yourself.

  • Time to Feel Again: All of the emotions that you feel throughout your day, it’s time to acknowledge them, accept them and learn from them.

  • Act V React: Take a good look at why you act or react to situations and then look at the outcome from you.  

  • Inner World and Outer World Needs: Understanding that our inner world desires and outer world are different and why.
