Why me and how can I help you ...
which is a fair question.
So let’s take a step back so I can tell you a bit about myself.
The foundation of my world crumbled, and I crumbled along with it. Internally, I felt like a fractured man, isolated while the world continued to turn. Despite being blessed with two incredible sons and a daughter who graced us briefly, leaving an incredible mark on others before becoming our guardian angel, I grappled with immense self-doubt.
"How do I survive the loss of my daughter?" This question stole my smile.
Then, one day, I found myself immersed in the final moments of my daughter's life. It was in those moments, and seeing the smiles on my boys' faces, that I rediscovered my identity and learned how to embrace life and smile again.
"Share the Smiles"
Now fast forward to today, I am a fiancé, a father, a friend, a son, a brother, and my professional journey has been quite diverse. I have navigated through various roles across different industries; from manual labor and men's retail to managing teams and businesses in hospitality and spending 14 years as a firefighter, rising to the rank of Deputy Captain.
Throughout these experiences, I've come to recognize the importance of understanding my own emotions and thoughts in navigating both physical and mental challenges. Witnessing numerous men grappling with similar struggles yet lacking the essential coping mechanisms for their emotional journey ignited my path towards coaching.
My coaching journey centers on supporting men who confront difficulty addressing mental obstacles and emotions, sparked by the realization that many share these struggles. While I acknowledge I'm not without flaws, I strongly advocate for the transformative power of having someone in your corner, having personally witnessed the profound positive outcomes that emerge from reaching out.
